From the initial free consultation to the installation of your product, we aim to make the design and installation of quality bespoke joinery as easy and stress free as possible. Here is what will happen after the first phone call:
Whether it’s for your business or your home, chances are you’ve got a good idea of what you want from your joinery build. Meeting you for a discussion about your project ensures that we understand your ideas and needs before we enter the design stage.
Once we’ve completed the initial design stage we’ll pay you a visit to take a few measurements. Don’t worry, we’ll be very quiet and we’ll only visit when its convenient. If necessary we can design from plans but will always insist on a site visit at some stage as this is the only way we can ensure a perfect result.
The next stage is to invite you to come and see us for a preview of your build. Your design will be ready for inspection using the latest computer imaging software. It is at this stage that you can adjust and tweak the design until we’ve got something thats perfect for you.
Once we have agreed on the design, we’ll get to work building it. All of our staff are qualified carpenters and joiners who can turn computer images into quality woodwork. After the build, our professional fitters will come and install your new product, making sure it fits into place perfectly. Theyll also make sure that they leave your home exactly as they found it.
After the installation, we’ll give you a call or pay you a visit to make sure that everythings exactly the way you wanted it and that your new product meets all of your requirements.
